Come and see this fabulous display of foraged British Flowers to celebrate Christmas! Local florists Belinda & Segolene from Chez Fleur have been back to Zizzi Restaurant in Haywards Heath and carefully filled each of the 250 glass test tubes with gorgeous naturally dried British grown flowers all foraged for free from hedgerows and gardens. Each one has been lightly sprayed with copper or gold to tie in with Zizzi’s Christmas colour theme.
The dried flowers are Giant alium, cow parsley, poppy, Japanese anemone, skimmia, honesty, scabious, rudbeckia, fennel and silver birch twigs. Chez Fleur do not use floral foam in any of their work and these test tubes are a fun alternative – you can see more of Chez Fleur’s designs on Instagram, Facebook and at www.chezfleur.co.uk.
